Request deletion of your data

If you want MobiWave Innovations Ltd to delete personal information associated with MobiWave WA, email info@mobiwave.co.ke with the subject “MobiWave WA data deletion request”.

What to include

• The email address used for your MobiWave WA account, if you have one.
• Your workspace or business name.
• A brief description of the data or WhatsApp integration you want deleted.
• A safe way for us to contact you if clarification or verification is needed.

Do not include passwords, Meta access tokens, API keys or other secrets in your request.

What happens next

1. We review the request and may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or authority.
2. Where data was provided by a business customer, we may need to coordinate with that customer to confirm the scope of the request.
3. We delete or de-identify eligible personal information from active systems where appropriate and handle remaining copies through normal backup expiry and security processes.
4. We may retain limited information where required by law, for security, to resolve disputes or to establish or defend legal claims. If any part cannot be deleted, we will explain the reason where appropriate.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and handle them within the time required by applicable law. Completion time can depend on verification, the scope of the request and legal retention obligations.

WhatsApp data

This request covers data handled by MobiWave WA. Information held by Meta or WhatsApp is subject to Meta’s own processes and policies; you may need to submit a separate request to Meta for information held directly by those services.
